The Chelsea Practice has been accredited as a UK Armed Forces Veteran Friendly GP
We are pleased to confirm that the practice has been successful in becoming accredited as a Veteran Friendly GP practice:
We are working collaboratively with the Royal College of General Practitioners to ensure that we are committed to providing the best care possible to our veteran patients.
We are committed to The Armed Forces Covenant which is a promise from the nation to those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, to be treated fairly and do not suffer disadvantage because of their Service.
The practice will be actively identifying our patients that have served in the UK Armed Forces. Please let us know if this applies to you.
